Design
At the customer's request, the NCD Group can adapt the bearings to special requirements: constant load bearings can be supplied for very high total displacements.
For the choice of variable load support, NCD Group proposes different support models, depending on the elastic constants of the springs. The type and size of the tie rod - strut are selected by means of the nominal load FN and the required overall length.
In addition to the construction of supports and accessories, NCD Group also takes care of the maintenance of already installed supports and the assembly of new ones.
Installation
At the customer's request, the NCD Group can provide an after-sales service for the installation of the supports supplied or for on-site supervision of their correct assembly (it often happens that elastic supports are incorrectly assembled by unqualified personnel, with serious consequences).
Fittings directly in contact with the pipe or exposed to temperature by convection (e.g. collars) are designed according to the yield strength of the material. The design temperatures, relative to the temperature of the TM fluid, are decreased.
Maintenance
The maintenance of supports already installed in the plant is carried out in addition to the construction work. If the media are still suitable for use, the NCD Group will "regenerate" them at its plant (or directly on site if the conditions are met), restoring their functionality.
If this is not the case, it will arrange for the construction of what is necessary within a short period of time in order to reduce downtime to an absolute minimum.
